Some of most popular trails include the Viking Way and the Nettleton Top Walk, both of which provide stunning vistas and serene landscapes.

Fishing at Our Lakes
One of the best things about owning a lakeside lodge at Wold View is that you can spend a relaxing day fishing at our well-stocked lakes, which are perfect for both beginners and seasoned anglers.
Our lakes are home to a variety of fish species including carp and perch, and we also have fishing gear available for rent at the main office.
Cycling Adventures
What better way to explore the Wolds than on two wheels on one of the numerous cycling routes? One of the best local routes, The Caistor Challenge, is a favourite among cycling enthusiasts.
2. Cultural and Historical Experiences
Another benefit of owning a holiday home or luxury lodge in the Lincolnshire Wolds is that you can explore the rich history and culture of the area.
First of all, there’s Caistor, a charming market town which is rich in history and character. The Caistor Arts and Heritage Centre, a must visit, offers insights into the local history and hosts various exhibitions.
The magnificent 15th century Tattershall Castle is also worth a visit, and we also recommend exploring the quaint villages dotted around the Lincolnshire Wolds.
Our personal favourite is Tealby. Known as one of the prettiest villages in the area, it is perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Our personal favourite is the Wolds Wildlife Park. A short drive from the holiday park, the Wildlife Park is a huge hit with families and provides the chance to meet a variety of animals and enjoy interactive exhibits.
4. Special Events and Festivals
Lincolnshire also hosts numerous events and festivals every year. Don’t miss the Reversby Country Fair held near Caistor in August each year. Featuring local crafts, food stalls, and livestock showing, it’s a fun day out for all the family!
Additionally, there are also numerous summer workshops for children, live music such as Bands on the Banks, and the Grand Medieval Joust at Lincoln Castle.
