1. Can I live at Wold View Country Park permanently?
No. Wold View Country Park is a holiday park, so holiday homes are for leisure and recreational use only and cannot be used as your permanent residence.
Many of our owners visit regularly throughout the holiday season, enjoying long weekends, holidays and extended stays whenever they want a break from everyday life.
2. What are the annual site fees?
Annual site fees contribute towards maintaining the park to the high standard our owners expect. They cover the upkeep of the grounds, lakes, landscaping, roads, communal areas and park facilities.
Our team will always provide a full breakdown of current site fees before you purchase, so you’ll know exactly what’s included. our 2026 sites fees are £3380 for a single unit holiday home and $4342 for a twin lodge.
3. Can I bring my dog?
Absolutely.
We know dogs are part of the family, and Wold View is a fantastic place for them to enjoy too. With plenty of open space, countryside walks and peaceful surroundings, it’s the perfect location for dog owners.
Many of our owners regularly bring their four-legged friends along for weekends away.
4. Can my friends and family stay in my holiday home?
Yes.
You’re welcome to invite friends and family to enjoy your holiday home with you. Many owners love spending quality time with children, grandchildren and friends throughout the year.
