Earn Without the Effort: Sublet Your Holiday Home at Wold View
Owning a holiday home at Wold View Country Park just got even more rewarding. Our subletting packages are the perfect way to generate guaranteed fixed income while keeping all the benefits of ownership.
Option 1: Fixed income over a 60-month period
Enjoy the benefits of a fixed income for 60 months with Option 1.
- You’ll receive a guaranteed annual income based on the value of your holiday home.
- For example, if you pay £100,000 for your lodge, you’ll receive £10,000 per annum, paid monthly at £833.
- There are no site fees to pay for 60 months.
- No cost to you for changeovers.
- You are responsible for all utility costs and repairs.
- You’ll be able to enjoy 28 days use a year.
Option 2: 30% commission agreement
Option 2 provides you with slightly more flexibility but still the ability to earn some return from your holiday home.
At the end of each month, you’ll receive 70% of the bookings generated for the monthly period, we deduct changeover costs and utilities.
You have 42 days personal use and any changeover related costs for your personal stays is chargeable.
